What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at HARBOR VIEW HOTEL?
Position Dates: Fall/Winter Season (now through May 2027)
Do you have a passion for providing excellent guest service in a beautiful luxury hotel? If so, come join the dynamic team at the Harbor View Hotel as our Front Desk Agent!

What we are looking for:
Someone who has a desire to help others by providing exceptional customer service to our guests and takes pride in your work. We also want you to enjoy being part of a team with other hardworking, down-to-earth professionals.
What you will do:
- Ensures the guest experience is seamless during the arrival and departure process and throughout the stay.
- Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
What we ask of you:
- High energy, exceptional customer service and ability to work as a team
- Strong verbal communication skills in order to accurately follow instructions
- Commitment to work 40 hours per week
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to include early morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
Qualifications Required:
- Must have exceptional guest service skills with a willingness to exceed expectations
- Work in a positive and professional matter with little direction or supervision
- Flexible, self-motivated positive attitude
