Job Title: Float Team Member (Independent Living)
Location: The Iris Senior Living, Great Falls, MT
Pay: $15.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time (32–40 hours) for back up
About the Role:
We’re looking for a flexible, dependable Float Team Member to join our independent living community! This unique role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their work and being a “go-to” support person. As a Float, you’ll be cross-trained in multiple departments and step in to cover shifts when other team members are on vacation, out sick, or need extra help.
What You’ll Do:
Train and work in multiple departments (activities, dining services, housekeeping, etc.)
Provide back-up coverage across the community to ensure smooth daily operations
Support residents by assisting with various needs, activities, and meals as needed
Work closely with department supervisors and team members to fill in where you’re most needed
Bring a positive, team-oriented attitude to every shift
What We’re Looking For:
Flexibility and willingness to work in different roles depending on the day
Reliable and dependable with good communication skills
Compassionate, patient, and caring toward residents and coworkers
Ability to adapt quickly and learn new skills
Previous experience in independant living, healthcare, or customer service is a plus (but not required—we provide training!)
