SFR REO Portfolio Disposition & Renovation Manager
Position Overview
We are looking for a results-driven leader to manage the rehab and resale of large residential portfolios. This role is focused on performance, efficiency, and measurable outcomes. Youll oversee 50 single-family and 24 plex rehab/disposition projects simultaneously, ensuring that every property meets investor expectations for timeline, budget, and return.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of rehab/dispo projects from acquisition to sale.
- Direct and evaluate contractors, vendors, and real estate agents.
- Validate budgets, approve contractor draws, and enforce financial discipline.
- Provide clear and consistent investor updates every two weeks.
- Maximize portfolio performance through effective resale strategies.
Qualifications
- Proven track record with 50 simultaneous SFR / 24 plex rehab & disposition projects.
- Extensive experience managing projects remotely.
- Investor-facing communication and reporting background.
- Strong contractor/vendor oversight and accountability skills.
- Deep knowledge of rehab/remodel management (not new construction).
- Verifiable employment history in company/team-based roles.
Compensation
- $85,000 $105,000 DOE
- Performance-based bonus potential
