What Youll Do:
- Oversee projects from funding through rehab, marketing, and sale.
- Approve contractor payments after verifying work completion.
- Coordinate with agents to list and sell properties quickly and profitably.
- Maintain strong investor relationships with clear updates and calls.
What We Need From You:
- 5 years in residential fix & flip or REO management.
- Experience handling multiple contractors and vendors remotely.
- Strong budget tracking and negotiation skills.
- Real estate or GC license preferred.
