🔹 Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
- Close high-ticket ($3K ) B2C offers over phone & Zoom
- Convert pre-set appointments (no cold calling)
- Follow up relentlessly and own your pipeline
- Hit your dollar-per-pitch goals every month
🔥 Schedule:
Mon–Thurs: 1:30PM–9/10PM MST
Friday: 1:30PM–5PM MST
💰 Pay:
- ~$1,000 paid training (~50 hrs)
- Full commission post-training (no cap)
- Average performers = $100K OTE
- Top closers = unlimited upside
🎯 What You MUST Bring:
- 2 years of recent full-time sales closing experience (B2C, not B2B)
- Track record closing $3K offers
- 50% of your income from commission last year
- Max of 3 jobs in last 5 years
- CRM, sales scripting, and accountability mindset
- Awards or formal recognition in the last 2 years
