- On-Target Earnings: $48K–$64K (Part-Time)

🔑 Your Mission:
You’ll be closing warm, high-intent leads over the phone or Zoom.
You must manage a pipeline, hit revenue targets, and follow a defined sales process.
📊 Your Scorecard:
- Close Rate: 35%
- Average Sale: $5,700
- Dollar Per Pitch: $2,350
- CRM Usage: Real-time input & accuracy
âś… Requirements:
- 2 years in a phone-based closing role
- B2C sales experience ONLY
- Proven closings of $3K offers
- Strong follow-up and pipeline discipline
- Commission = 50% of income last year
- Track record of hitting KPIs or awards
- No more than 3 roles in last 5 years (2 preferred)
- Friendly, persuasive, and ethical
