Phone-Based Closing Specialist – Remote High-Ticket Sales (Evenings)
We're looking for a high-performing B2C closer to join our remote sales team. If you thrive on commission, live for the close, and love structured, ethical selling—this is for you.
⏰ Schedule
Mon–Thurs: 1:30–9 or 10PM MST
Fri: 1:30–5PM MST
💸 Pay Structure
- ~$1,000 paid training (50 hrs)
- Full commission post-training
- $100K OTE | No Cap
🎯 Role Highlights
- Sell high-ticket ($3K ) programs via Zoom/phone
- Pre-set live leads only—no cold outreach
- Manage CRM, follow-up pipeline, and notes in real time
- Hit metrics: 35% close rate, $2350 dollar-per-pitch
✅ Requirements
- 2 years recent B2C phone/Zoom closing
- Minimum $3K offer closed
- 50% of income from commission (last 12 months)
- Max 3 jobs in last 5 years (1 with 2 year tenure)
- CRM VOIP experience (HubSpot a plus)
- Strong script adherence, pipeline discipline, coachability
- Must have been formally recognized for sales performance
