Inside Sales Coordinator– Remote

Mon–Thurs: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | Fri: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Base Salary: $52K Bonus up to $27K | OTE: $97K

Your Day-to-Day
- Engage 25 warm leads daily via call/text
- Book qualified appointments using a defined script
- Maintain CRM entries in real time
- Follow KPIs and exceed talk time expectations (3.5 hrs/day)
Must-Haves (Non-Negotiable)
- 1 year of phone-only appointment setting
- 60 dials/day, 3.5 hrs talk time
- B2C (not B2B), high-ticket experience ($3K )
- Never self-employed in the last 6 months
- Max 3 jobs in last 5 years
- Confident, coachable, and performance-driven
- Recognized in the last 2 years for achievement (personal or professional)
