Access Control Lead with Security Clearance

As the Access Control Lead you will be responsible for the entireaccess control process. You will own the gatekeeping, customer facing, function of our team - everything from credentialing to visitor management. You'll drive our standards and processes regarding everything from badge technology to visitor management, ensuring a frictionless experience for all of our employees, contractors, and guests. What You'll Do * Lead the implementation of new access control technologies to address evolving security requirements

• Establish scalable, repeatable processes for onboarding, transfers, and offboarding to ensure appropriate access rights management
• Collaborate with IT, Facilities, HR, and Security teams to ensure cohesive implementation of access control protocols
• Monitor compliance with security policies and identify/remediate vulnerabilities or violations
• Create and maintain documentation for all access control systems and processes
• Develop and deliver security awareness training related to physical access control
• Perform regular audits of access control systems and user permissions
• Support incident response for security breaches related to access control
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies
  
  

Required Qualifications * 5 years of experience leading access control systems

• Strong knowledge of security principles and access control hardware
• Proficiency with identity management systems and access governance frameworks
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
• Flexibility in schedule management, prioritization of tasks, and adaptability to rapidly changing environments
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities
