Role Summary
We are seeking Senior Full Stack .NET Developers to join a high impact engineering team responsible for enhancing and modernizing a mission critical enterprise platform. These roles will support a large scale, customer facing application that powers complex product configuration and ordering experiences used throughout a national retail network.
We have opportunities for both Front End focused and Back End focused engineers. Successful candidates will bring deep technical expertise, strong problem solving skills, and the ability to contribute across the full software development lifecycle while partnering closely with Product, UX, QA, and Engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise grade web applications using modern .NET technologies
• Build scalable, maintainable, and high performing software solutions that support complex business requirements
• Develop and enhance RESTful APIs and service integrations across enterprise systems
• Collaborate with software engineers, technical leads, UX designers, QA teams, and project managers throughout development efforts
• Participate in platform modernization initiatives and technical architecture discussions
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve complex software defects
• Contribute to code reviews and promote software engineering best practices
• Deliver enhancements, bug fixes, and new functionality within Agile development cycles
• Create and maintain technical documentation and development standards
• Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve application performance, usability, and scalability

Front End Focused Requirements
• 5 plus years of experience developing enterprise web applications
• Strong expertise with React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
• Experience building modern, reusable user interface components
• Strong understanding of front end architecture and responsive design principles
• Experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience with C# and .NET Framework or .NET Core
• Next.js experience preferred

Back End Focused Requirements
• 5 plus years of experience developing enterprise applications using C# and .NET technologies
• Strong experience building scalable business logic and enterprise services
• Deep understanding of object oriented programming principles and design patterns
• Experience developing and supporting RESTful APIs
• Strong SQL development and database experience
• Experience working within complex enterprise application environments
• Ability to collaborate effectively with front end engineering teams

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on highly configurable ecommerce or enterprise platforms
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
• Experience supporting high volume customer facing applications
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging capabilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to independently own development efforts and drive delivery with minimal oversight
