Role Summar
yThe Intersect Group is seeking a driven and technically strong Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join a rapidly expanding organization. This role will work directly with the CFO and CEO, owning core accounting processes and supporting the financial infrastructure needed for continued growth. The position plays a critical role in month end close, system optimization, and integration of newly acquired businesses

Key Responsibiliti
es• Own month end and year end close processes with accuracy and timeline
ss• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statemen
ts• Maintain the general ledger and ensure compliance with accounting polici
es• Support ERP optimization and automation initiatives within Business Centr
al• Assist with integrating acquired companies into existing financial systems and process
es• Partner with cross functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficien
cy• Collaborate with auditors and provide required documentation for annual audi
ts• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as need
ed• Work closely with the CFO on special projects and operational improvemen
ts

nts• 5 plus years of general accounting experie
nce• Strong systems, ERP, and automation experie
