We’re seeking a Senior HRIS Analyst to join our growing team! Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex reporting for payroll, turnover, compensation, and benefits.
- Pull and analyze reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Perform data auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Create and manage reports using Cognos BI and UKG.
- Support system implementations, upgrades, and annual changes.
- Assist with open enrollment and benefits auditing.
- Maintain HR data tables within UltiPro and configure back-end settings as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to assess needs and recommend process improvements.
- Interpret release notes, communicate system changes, and update user guides.
- Develop SOP documentation for HRIS processes.
- Ensure secure collection and storage of HR data in compliance with regulations.
- Manage integration processes and monitor HR systems for effective data flow.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of HRIS experience with heavy reporting responsibilities.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs; XLOOKUPs & Macros highly preferred).
- Hands-on experience with UKG and Cognos BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Professional maturity and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field.
- Experience with Macros and advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with HR compliance and auditing processes.
