Role: Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Lead

Hours: Full time, 7a - 4p

Pay: $26 - $30/hour

Why is this role open? Due to growth, the current Accounting Lead role is being split into two dedicated positions—one focused on Accounts Payable and one on Accounts Receivable—to improve efficiency, specialization, and team support

Overvie

wWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable Lead to oversee daily operations and support a high-volume accounting environment. This role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience managing a small team and driving accuracy, efficiency, and process improvement

• oReconcile and post cash receipts across multiple system
• sResearch invoices, payments, and billing discrepancie
• sProcess lien waivers and manage customer portals (including SupplyPro
• )Resolve unapplied cash, overpayments, refunds, and duplicate payment
• sAct as escalation point for complex billing inquiries and dispute
• sCollaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and improve workflow
• sSupport system implementations as an SME (A/R impact
• )Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policie
