What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-time Community Wellness Advocate position at The Institute for Family Health?
The COMPASS Community Wellness Advocate will work closely with HIV-positive patients, as part of an interdisciplinary team to help HIV positive patients address barriers to treatment adherence, viral load suppression and retention in care through home, field and clinic-based visits.
*This position is a part time position with a hybrid schedule. The ideal candidate will have a work schedule of 2 days in office and 1 day remote*
