What We’re Looking For
An ideal Line Cook will have knowledge of a variety of cooking and food preparation techniques and take pride in serving meals that help residents feel cared for. This role is an important part of our dietary team and our residents’ daily experience.
Responsibilities
The Line Cook must be able to maintain a clean and orderly work area, properly sanitize while working, and follow Department of Health regulations along with facility policies and procedures for safe food handling and storage.
Training and Certification
ServSafe certification is preferred, but it is not required at the time of hire. We will help the right candidate complete certification. Experience is a plus, and our Dietary Director is willing to train a dependable, motivated Line Cook who is ready to learn and grow with our team.
