Position Summary
The Front Office Manager will oversee all front desk operations while fostering a culture of exceptional guest service. This leader will coach and develop team members, ensure efficient hotel operations, and create memorable guest experiences that inspire repeat visits.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous hotel management experience
- Experience with Opera V5 and/or Opera Cloud
Compensation
- Full-Time, Salaried Position
- Eligible for an incentive pay program
- Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
- Compensation commensurate with experience
