Duties
- Perform nightly audits of all financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance with hotel policies.
- Manage front desk operations during the night shift, providing exceptional customer service to guests checking in or out.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations while coordinating with housekeeping and management.
- Operate multi-line phone systems effectively, assisting guests with their requests and providing information about hotel services.
- Prepare daily financial reports summarizing revenue, occupancy rates, and other key metrics for management review.
- Uphold high standards of guest relations by being attentive to guests' needs and fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
- Ensure the security of the hotel by monitoring access points and reporting any suspicious activities.
Experience
- Previous experience in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, particularly in roles involving night audit responsibilities.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction and effective communication.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and guest services in a resort or hotel setting is highly desirable.
