Description:
The Inn at Crestwood is looking for a part-time, Spa Receptionist/ Attendant, to provide exceptional customer service to our spa guests. As the first point of contact for our spa guests, you will create a welcoming and relaxing experience while coordinating appointments, supporting our service providers, and ensuring the spa operates smoothly each day.
The Job
As a Spa Receptionist/Attendant, you will serve as the liaison between our guests and spa service providers. You'll greet guests, schedule appointments, answer questions about services, process payments, and ensure each guest enjoys a seamless spa experience from arrival to departure.
This position requires weekend availability and offers the opportunity to work in a beautiful boutique hotel and spa environment dedicated to exceptional guest service.
Spa Hours
- Wednesday – Sunday
- 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Weekend availability is required.
Job Duties Include:
- Welcome spa guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
- Schedule spa appointments by phone, online, and in person.
- Coordinate daily schedules and communicate effectively with massage therapists, estheticians, and other service providers.
- Serve as the primary liaison between guests and spa staff to ensure appointments run smoothly.
- Confirm upcoming appointments and assist with changes or cancellations.
- Process guest payments and maintain accurate appointment records using the spa management system.
- Recommend spa treatments, retail products, and packages to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, relaxation spaces, and retail displays.
- Prepare guest amenities, refreshments, towels, robes, and treatment areas as needed.
- Promptly respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and care.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures and other spa operations as assigned.

The Inn at Crestwood is a 14 room boutique hotel located just 3.9 miles from downtown Blowing Rock. Originally built in 1949, the Inn at Crestwood also caters to specialized events such as weddings, family reunions, and holiday parties. The Inn at Crestwood allows for the perfect mountain getaway while still being close to Blowing Rock, Boone, and Banner Elk.
