Role Description
You will help guide the Media for a select portfolio of accounts under the Media Director. You should be prepared to provide forward-thinking ideas to continue pushing for delivery of results that meet and exceed the objectives of the client. While responsible for the overall health of the accounts and the plans associated, you are also responsible for the day-to-day management of the traditional and digital campaigns. The Senior Paid Media Manager will use data and analysis to identify strategic optimizations to increase revenue and maximize yield. This role will also partner with the brand managers and brand strategist in successfully bringing new business via media.
The Senior Paid Media Manager will also need to be advanced in terms of working in-platform to setup and optimize campaigns. This role will be working heavily in the accounts to make sure clients' goals are met.
Ultimately, you should be able to drive media efforts to achieve our business objectives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan and Buy for all channels (i.e.. OOH, Programmatic, search and social media) to ensure brand consistency
- Translate client goals and objectives into a Media Strategy and Plan
- In-Depth understanding of various platforms with high importance on Meta and Google
- Ability to interpret results of campaigns and operate within the reporting platform to decipher opportunities for optimization or improvement
- Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction.
- Evaluate potential new partners, platforms and opportunities.
Qualifications

- Minimum of 4-6 years of working within an Advertising or Media Buying Agency
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience setting up and managing campaigns within Meta and Google
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Ability to present in client meetings
- Proven work experience for Planning and Placement
- Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful campaigns
- Strong understanding of how all current channels function
- Exceptional attention to detail and follow through
- Fluency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Demonstrate a strong ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external partners
- Must be able to operate effectively in a fast paced, dynamic, ever evolving space Capability to work proactively under pressure, understand customer needs and build relationships
