Role Description

This is a hybrid, Indianapolis, IN-based role for a Real Estate Broker. The Real Estate Broker will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and investing in real estate properties, including conducting market research, preparing property listings, and organizing client showings. The role includes maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless transactions. The position offers a blend of in-office and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Real Estate, Real Property, and Brokerage
• Excellent Customer Service and client relationship management skills
• Experience and confidence in Sales within the real estate industry
• Knowledge of local and regional real estate market trends
• Active real estate license in the state of Indiana (required)
• Strong negotiation, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in technology tools and platforms for virtual home tours, property listings, and client engagement
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Previous experience in real estate acquisition, property development, or investment is a plus
