We are seeking Associates to join our specialized divisional units. We do not hire generalists. We hire future specialists for our Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Land, and Medical divisions.
THE ROLE: SPECIALIZED ASSOCIATE
As an Associate, you are the heartbeat of the divisional unit’s deal velocity. You are a vital component of a specialized team designed for investor-grade execution. Your objective is to mine market data, forge relationships, and source high-value opportunities that the unit will execute with precision.
A STRUCTURE BUILT FOR YOUR SUCCESS
Envoy provides an institutional-grade "Technical Stack" of talent to ensure you never walk into a room alone or unprepared. Every Associate is embedded within a 7-person unit:
- 1 Senior Vice President: Your primary institutional mentor and division head.
- 2 Vice Presidents: Senior deal-makers providing mid-level oversight.
- 1 Property Analyst: A dedicated technical asset who builds your financial models and BOVs.
- 1 Intern: Direct research and data entry support.
CONTRACTUAL MENTORSHIP & GOVERNANCE
We believe "ghost mentorship" is the failure of the modern brokerage. At Envoy, your growth is a mandate:
- Tri-Tier Co-Listing: You will contractually co-list with a VP and an SVP on every transaction, providing direct exposure to every negotiation, LOI, and closing.
- Institutional Oversight: All agreements are vetted by your Division SVP and signed by our Managing Brokers to ensure the highest standard of quality.
THE ECONOMICS OF EXCELLENCE
Our performance based financial structure is designed to reward brokers who leverage our institutional-grade infrastructure. Our "All-In" platform includes CREXI, CoStar, Buildout, and full administrative support.
REQUIREMENTS
- Licensure: Active Indiana Real Estate Broker license (willing to obtain or in-progress).
- Mindset: A rejection of generalism. You must be driven to become the undisputed expert in a specific asset class.
- Discipline: The ability to operate within a rigid divisional structure and follow standardized "Build Tradition" workflows.
