We are seeking Associates to join our specialized divisional units. This role is designed for high potential individuals who are either recent college graduates or new to the commercial real estate industry. We do not hire generalists. We hire future specialists for our Retail, Office, Industrial, Multifamily, Land, and Medical divisions.
THE ROLE: THE MARKET SPECIALIST
As an Associate, you are the heartbeat of the divisional unit deal velocity. You are the primary engine for market intelligence and relationship growth. Your objective is to mine market data, forge new connections, and source high value opportunities that the unit will execute with precision. You are a vital component of a team designed for investor grade execution.
A STRUCTURE BUILT FOR YOUR SUCCESS
Envoy eliminates the sink or swim isolation of the traditional brokerage model. We embed you within a precision engineered 5 to 7 person unit to ensure you never walk into a room alone. You are supported by an institutional grade stack of talent:
- 1 Senior Vice President: Your division head and primary institutional mentor.
- 2 Vice Presidents: Senior deal makers who provide direct oversight.
- 2 Associates (You 1 Peer): The unit primary production and relationship engine.
- 1 Property Analyst: A dedicated technical asset who builds your financial models and BOVs.
- 1 Intern: Direct research and administrative support.
CONTRACTUAL MENTORSHIP & GOVERNANCE
We believe ghost mentorship is the failure of the modern brokerage. At Envoy, your professional growth is a contractual mandate:
- Tri Tier Co Listing: You will contractually co list with a VP and an SVP on every transaction. This ensures you are in the room for every negotiation, every LOI, and every closing from day one.
- Institutional Oversight: All agreements are vetted by your Division SVP and signed exclusively by our Managing Brokers to ensure the highest standard of institutional quality.
- The Path to Mastery: You will follow a structured 12 month mentorship track with the Managing Brokerage Team to ensure total alignment with the Envoy standard.

REQUIREMENTS
- Licensure: Active Indiana Real Estate Broker license or willing to obtain.
- Education: Recent college graduate or 0 to 2 years of professional experience. A background in Business, Finance, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Mindset: A rejection of generalism. You must be driven to become the undisputed expert in a specific asset class.
- Discipline: The rigor to operate within a structured divisional hierarchy and follow standardized Build Tradition workflows.
