CNC Machine Operator (Night Shift)

We are looking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team.

Job Duties And Responsibilities

• As a CNC Operator, you will play a crucial role in the machining and processing by operating a laser cutter
• We are looking for someone with attention to detail who can multitask, is organized, can follow directions, and identify issues before they become a problem
• This position is essential to our operations, and you will be responsible for setting up and operating cutting machines to perform various tasks.
• Operate and monitor cutting machines to produce high-quality products.
• Conduct routine quality control checks and adjust machinery setting as necessary.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace in the factory or warehouse setting.
• In this role, you will set up equipment to perform the tasks at hand, which includes setting up work holding fixtures and calibrating tools.
• Support the warehouse's daily operations.
• Flexibility is key, as you may be required to work in other areas or departments as assigned
  
  

Experience And Required Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED
• Previous experience as a cutter machine operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Familiar with table saw and circular blade cutting
• CNC machine experience
• Able to multi-task in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with attention to detail
• Good hand and eye coordination
• Experience using precision measuring instruments for quality assurance tasks.
• Availability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
• Must achieve and maintain quality and production standards
• Must actively participate and support any improvement activities
• Experience in a production sewing environment is a big plus
• Capable of lifting and carrying 50-100 pounds unassisted
• Able to work on foot or seated for extended periods
• Able to work in a hot environment, temperatures can exceed 105°F
• Strong communication skills
• Comply with all company policies and procedures including Health, Safety and Quality Assurance policies
• Reliable mode of transportation
• Knowledge of Materials, Nylon Gear & Sewing are a Big Plus.
