About the Opportunity:

What You'll Do:
- Measure finished workpieces using precision measuring instruments, fixtures, and templates to ensure compliance with engineering specifications and quality standards.
- Mount, install, align, and secure tooling, attachments, and fixtures on CNC machines to support efficient production operations.
- Monitor CNC machine performance and identify operational issues through machine indicators and sound.
- Make machine adjustments, including feed rates, speeds, and operational controls, to maintain product quality and production efficiency.
- Modify cutting programs as needed to resolve machining challenges and support production requirements.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
- Support production operations as a Kitter by collecting, organizing, and sorting fabricated parts for assembly cart preparation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with company standards.
- Follow all safety procedures, manufacturing processes, and quality requirements to ensure operational excellence.
