What You'll Do:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to sales representatives and department leaders.
- Prepare and send correspondence, reports, documents, and other materials containing confidential information.
- Maintain CRM activity and organize business reports using Outlook, Salesforce, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
- Manage submission workflows and coordinate with clients, referral sources, and sales representatives to meet sales deadlines.
- Complete sales submissions and other administrative tasks as needed to support department operations.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 years of experience in admin, even better if in the financial or Human capital management industry. .
