OPERATIONS MANAGER
SALARY: $135,000

OVERVIEW
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring efficiency and productivity. This role involves managing resources, coordinating with other departments, and implementing processes to improve workflow and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is organized, analytical, and has strong leadership skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and alignment with company goals
- Partner closely with executive leadership to support strategic planning, decision-making, and execution of key initiatives
- Design, implement, and continuously improve operational processes, systems, and workflows
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational effectiveness and inform business decisions
- Manage internal communications and coordination across departments to ensure alignment and transparency
- Identify operational gaps and implement scalable solutions to support company growth
- Support business development efforts, including operational readiness for new clients, partnerships, and revenue streams
- Oversee resource allocation, vendor management, and operational budgets as needed
- Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5 years of experience in operations, business management, or a related role—preferably within a startup, creative, or media environment
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and improving operational systems
- Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
- Experience with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is a plus
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
- Experience in business operations, project management, or organizational development preferred
