What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Cleaner position at The Imperial Lofts?
Property Cleaner - Multi Property
This position will clean the properties weekly, including all common areas, hallways, storage level, and exterior. Will perform light maintenance as needed, such as painting and touching up areas to ensure they look their best. This position will also clean apartments after residents have moved out. The key to success in this position is a keen eye for detail and double checking work to ensure units are move-in ready and complete.
Job Types: Contract, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
