Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, carpets, restrooms, offices, and common areas using appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and fixtures to promote a bright and professional environment
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash bags to ensure continuous availability
- Dispose of waste properly and ensure recycling procedures are followed in accordance with company policies
- Follow safety protocols during cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Report any maintenance issues or damages discovered during cleaning to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and prioritize tasks efficiently to maximize productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles is highly preferred
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks such as sweeping, mopping, lifting supplies, and standing for extended periods
- Reliable punctuality and a positive attitude toward teamwork and customer service
- Reliable transportation with valid insurance and vehicle registration
