We are looking for a Household Manager to support our CEO by creating and maintaining that kind of environment. This person helps carry the weight of the home by staying on top of meals, organization, and daily needs.
Because of them, the home feels calm, prepared, and taken care of. Meals are ready, groceries are stocked, and each day starts smoothly.
This role is for someone who does not wait to be told what to do, but instead sees what’s needed and takes care of it. It is for someone who takes ownership and finds satisfaction in making life easier for others.
WORK HOURS: Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 1:30 pm.
- Hourly base guaranteed 40 hours
- This role starts at $18–$19 per hour for the first 30 days as a training and evaluation period. After that, pay increases based on performance. Candidates who take initiative, stay on top of responsibilities, and manage the home independently can expect an increase of up to $21 per hour after the probationary period.
