Job Summary
We’re a warm and respectful family in Richmond (77407) looking for a dependable and compassionate caregiver to help our 20-year-old son with a physical disability and assist with after-school and soccer pickups for our younger children. The role includes house keeping and taking care of a disabled adult in a positive family environment. Pay is $19–$20/hour plus bonuses.

You’ll be supporting both our 20-year-old son, who requires physical assistance, and helping with house keeping .
Main Responsibilities:
- House keeping (Dusting, sweeping, mopping and cleaning restrooms, ironing a few shirts if convenient)
- Provide daily care and supervision for our 20-year-old son (feeding, diaper changes, dressing, and walking/transfers)
- Occasionally cover extra hours as backup (with notice)
Schedule:
- Mon from 2:45-8pm
- Wed 6am-10am
Compensation:
- $19–$20 per hour based on experience and reliability
- Bonus opportunities for consistent performance
Requirements:
- Experience assisting individuals with physical disabilities (preferred)
- Physically able to lift, transfer, and provide hands-on care
- Non-smoker and authorized to work in the U.S.
