We are hiring a Business Development Lead to drive revenue growth through a full-cycle sales approach.
This is not a transactional sales role.
You will be responsible for building relationships within a defined market, generating qualified opportunities, leading high-value business conversations, and converting those opportunities into paid engagements.
This role owns the process from initial outreach through to closed deal.
Core Responsibility
Build a consistent pipeline of corporate opportunities and convert them into revenue.
What You’ll Do
Pipeline Creation & Outreach
- Identify and engage decision-makers within a defined ecosystem (industry, role, or market)
- Identify and invite aligned professionals to complimentary and paid events
- Initiate conversations through LinkedIn, email, events, phone, and referrals
- Build and maintain relationships over time
- Stay visible and top-of-mind within key circles
Opportunity Qualification
- Determine whether a prospect is a strong fit based on role, organization, business need, and readiness
- Prioritize high-quality opportunities over volume
Discovery & Sales Conversations
- Lead structured discovery conversations with decision-makers
- Understand business challenges and desired outcomes
- Position services in alignment with organizational priorities
- Guide conversations toward clear next steps
Deal Development & Closing
- Shape opportunities into defined engagements
- Create or support proposals as needed
- Navigate objections and decision-making dynamics
- Close deals and ensure revenue is collected
Relationship Expansion
- Maintain relationships with prospects and clients
- Identify additional opportunities within accounts
- Support long-term revenue growth
How You’ll Work
- Operate within a defined ecosystem of buyers and opportunities
- Build pipeline through consistent outreach and presence
- Balance relationship-building with revenue accountability
- Track activity, pipeline, and outcomes in CRM
- Take ownership of moving opportunities from conversation to close

Compensation & OTE
Base Salary: $24,000 annually
Commission: 10%
OTE: $94,000 annually
