Hybrid Field-Based Role | Flexible Schedule
- Coordinate care for injured workers
- Attend medical appointments and monitor treatment progress
- Communicate with providers, adjusters, employers, and attorneys
- Prepare detailed case management reports
- Support return-to-work planning and recovery outcomes
- Active Colorado RN license
- 3 years of Workers’ Compensation Field Case Management experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a flexible caseload
- Reliable transportation for local travel
- CCM or related certification preferred
- Flexible scheduling and caseload options
- Hybrid field and remote work
- No bedside care, weekends, or on-call responsibilities
- Independent, consultative role with autonomy
- Established support team and consistent referral volume
