- Provide telephonic and field-based nurse case management services for workers’ compensation cases
- Attend medical appointments and field visits as needed within the assigned territory
- Coordinate treatment plans with providers, employers, attorneys, and claims adjusters
- Monitor patient progress and facilitate appropriate medical care and return-to-work planning
- Maintain timely, detailed, and accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with all members of the care and claims team
- Active New Jersey RN license required
- Must reside in New Jersey or New York
- Prior workers’ compensation and/or nurse case management experience required
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for field visits
- Strong organizational, communication, and independent decision-making skills
- Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
