We’re hiring a Medical Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a professional exam setting. This role centers on creating an efficient, welcoming experience for patients attending scheduled evaluations. Unlike traditional healthcare environments, this position does not involve ongoing care coordination or treatment follow-up.Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and oversee check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate appointment scheduling and daily front desk workflow
- Respond to incoming calls and provide clear, timely assistance
- Enter and update patient information within electronic systems
- Help ensure exams run on schedule and office operations stay organized
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role (medical setting a plus)
- Bilingual skills are a strong advantage
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
- Proficiency with standard office technology and systems
- Predictable, structured environment (evaluation-based services only)
- No after-hours or on-call expectations
- Starting pay from $17/hour with full benefits package
