What are the responsibilities and job description for the Medical Assistant- Manhattan, NY position at The IMA Group?
- Full-time with rotating hours between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Occasional Saturdays (scheduled in advance)
- Assist providers with patient evaluations
- Take vitals and medical histories
- Perform phlebotomy, EKGs, and routine clinical procedures
- Maintain medical records and exam room readiness
- High school diploma or equivalent (MA program preferred)
- Prior healthcare experience required; MA certification a plus
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- $18.50 per hour
