Production Runner

The iLUKA Collective is seeking an experienced and proactive Production Runner to support our global Production/Build Team in bringing client spaces to life. We are building something really exciting for the World Cup this summer, and are looking for someone who has excelled in a similar role - you will have technical understanding required and will know New York well and be able to identify suppliers for key kit at short notice.

Contract dates 10th July to 22nd July 2026, rate $28 per hour (gross).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with the Production Team to support in the onsite build and delivery of hospitality spaces
• Support in all elements of Overlay project delivery, including space, brand overlay, entertainment and FB, production, build / fit-out planning and decommissioning including communicating with local vendors and suppliers.
• Assist with the preparation of all final project documents
• Source furniture, fittings and equipment and manage the delivery of supplies
• Support in arranging all trucking and logistics into and out of the venues
  
  

Your Experience

At least 2 years in a production runner or junior production manager role on large-scale live events or experiential builds
