VER COORDINATOR

Essential Job Functions

• Perform duties with limited supervision following established procedures and deadlines.
• Maintains a safe work environment and a team culture of safety.
• Works with all GM sites to facilitate inventory transfers via an upload to a Teams file
• Runs Winshuttles to create POs between plants
• Documents all transactions into excel log
• Compiles data and runs Power BI for weekly metrics to GM Regional Managers
• Assists customers (internal and external) by identifying and troubleshooting issues that may arise with transactions or basic BOT questions
• Works directly with GM Manager to provide any data required
• Prepares and maintains documentation of processes and procedures (TIS and STS)
• Attend weekly meetings or as required
• Other tasks/duties as required
• Support workplace organization

Skills

• Must work well in Excel, advanced is preferred
• Detail oriented
• Ability to effectively work with many different customers simultaneously while providing the utmost in service, critical thinking and problem-solving skills required
• Ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, oral or written.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities by meeting deadlines.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit at a desk for extended durations
• Ability to view a computer screen for prolonged periods and use multiple computer screens

Minimum Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Excel
• Basic Power BI, Query and Winshuttle a bonus
• Previous work with eSAP and S4 Hana (Fincore) Is a bonus
