Role Summary:
IT Support Analyst will provide technical support to end-users, managing hardware and software installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth operation of our technology environment and maintaining a high level of customer service.
Core Description:
Support
- Provide first-level contact and problem resolution for all users with hardware, software, and application problems
- Contributes to the installation, maintenance, and configuration of workstations, office machines, and other technology devices
- Maintaining accurate inventory and asset configuration documentation.

Requirements:
- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory and User Management
- Experience with technical support & procurement for
- End-User Laptops\Desktops
- Printer Management & Procurement
- Mobile Devices & Tablets
- Experience supporting/administering Microsoft 365 Office solutions
- Experience supporting/administering Microsoft Intune for device management
- Experience in facilitating and managing requests to 3rd party IT vendors and services partners
- General laptop\desktop OS knowledge
- General network communication and wireless networking knowledge
