Position Overview
IAL is seeking highly motivated Inside Sales / Business Development Representatives with call center experience. You will drive league growth by generating leads, securing sponsorships, and expanding business relationships. This is a high-performance role—only serious candidates with proven sales and call center experience should apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound call center-based prospecting to generate leads
- Sell sponsorships, advertising packages, ticketing, and partnerships
- Manage inbound inquiries and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate CRM records
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to enhance fan engagement
- Conduct virtual and in-person presentations
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently
Required Qualifications
- 1–3 years of call center sales or inside sales experience
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Highly organized, competitive, and self-motivated
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sports, entertainment, or sponsorship sales
- Understanding of digital marketing or event revenue strategies
