Hunton Services is expanding its commercial HVAC service operations with the launch of a new regional branch in Bryan / College Station in 2026. This expansion strengthens our presence in Central Texas and supports the continued growth of our commercial service customer base.
We are seeking a Branch Service Manager to lead day-to-day operations in this market. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced service leader to step into branch-level leadership within a structured, high-performing organization.
The Branch Service Manager will oversee service operations, field technicians, financial performance, and customer relationships while operating within the established Hunton Services framework.

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
- Lead daily commercial HVAC service operations for the branch
- Supervise and support field technicians to drive productivity and service quality
- Coordinate scheduling and workflow in partnership with the Resource Coordinator
- Maintain clear communication between field teams, customers, and leadership
Financial & Performance Management
- Manage branch revenue, profitability, and gross margin performance
- Monitor service backlog and work-in-progress
- Ensure timely job completion and accurate billing
- Support forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
Customer Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers
- Represent Hunton Services professionally within the local market
- Support growth of the service agreement customer base
- Partner with sales leadership to identify and support new opportunities
Team Development
- Develop HVAC service technicians
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and professionalism
- Support ongoing technician training and career development
Qualifications:
Required
- 5 years of commercial HVAC service leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience managing technicians and service operations
- Working knowledge of service department financial drivers (e.g., utilization, gross margin)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to operate within structured processes and performance standards
Preferred
- Existing ties to the Bryan / College Station market
- Experience with branch-level or departmental financial accountability
- Strong local community presence
- Texas HVAC contractor license (or willingness to obtain as part of professional development)
