About the Role
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with Advanced computer skills to join a fast-paced retail environment in Northbrook, IL. This is a hands-on, on-site role focused on data entry, pricing setup, and light creative support using proprietary systems. What You’ll Do
- Enter and maintain pricing data using proprietary software
- Edit and standardize product names for consistency and accuracy
- Develop clear, engaging hangtag copy (light copywriting)
- Maintain and update promotional SKU lists
- Create promotional signage and sign bundles for seasonal initiatives
- Assist with basic layout and formatting for marketing materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution
What We’re Looking For
- MUST HAVE Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
- Proficiency using various software including Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
- MUST HAVE Ability to quickly learn new/proprietary software systems
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Basic copywriting and layout/design skills a plus
- Organized, dependable, and able to meet deadlines
