Your growth is our growth.About the Role:The HR Onboarding Specialist is responsible for delivering excellent customer service and administering the full onboarding process for our client base. This position is the first point of contact for onboarding and pre-employment inquiries. The HR Onboarding Specialist also performs a variety of administrative and operational tasks to support delivery of legendary client service.Essential functions include:Managing the onboarding employee dashboard and ensuring all new hires are processed timelyReviewing all new hire electronic documents for accuracy and ensure that all necessary forms have been completedTroubleshooting and assisting candidates have technical issues and ensuring all onboarding issues are followed up on and cleared in a timely mannerAuditing and reviewing Form I-9 for accuracy, documenting corrections, and processing through E-Verify as neededProcessing and reviewing results for background checks and pre-employment drug testingCommunicating with the hiring manager regarding the status of the new hire paperwork and following up as necessaryDrafting and distributing offer letters; tracking for completion; reviewing all pre-hire documents to ensure they are complete, accurate and are signed by the new hireManages the UPS and FedEx delivery accounts including tracking deliveriesProcess, print and package payrolls for shipping to clients and assisting in other Payroll Operations activities as assignedQualified candidates will have: 1-3 years of related experience including onboarding with a Bachelor's degree strongly preferredStrong technology skills including MS Office and HCMExceptional follow up skillsStrong written and verbal communications skillsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced ever changing work environment is critical to successMust be reliable and dependable as this position is 100% onsite in our Seymour, CT, location.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
