The Hudson House & Distillery is a unique one of a kind craft distillery and event's venue nestled in the heart of Hudson Valley. We are looking for team members to help tell our story and add to our customer experience. We are looking for all front of house staff including mixologists, servers, busboys and porters. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in food and beverage preparation as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus
- Knowledge of POS systems
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $25.00 per hour
