We are seeking energetic, hospitality-driven Front of House team members (all positions) to join our new and exciting restaurant. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, work well as part of a team, possess a warm and welcoming personality, and are passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences.
The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in the hospitality industry and a strong background in food and beverage service. We value team players who are approachable, professional, and dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service with every interaction.
Qualified candidates should possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the ability to stay composed under pressure. A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable dining experiences is essential.
Duties
- Greet customers warmly, take their orders accurately, and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit
- Operate POS systems for order processing, payments, and cash handling with precision
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling and sanitation procedures are followed
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve customers efficiently while maintaining quality standards
Skills
- At least two years’ experience in restaurant hospitality
- Embodies a warm and welcoming personality
- Desires to create a memorable guest experience
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Responds to guest questions with 100% accuracy
- Possesses patience and composure in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Maintains a positive attitude with a team-plater mindset

- Familiarity with Toast POS is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while demonstrating good time management
