Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and project support from planning through completion - coordinating meetings, maintaining documentation, tracking timelines, and monitoring budgets.
- Serve as the main point of communication between attorneys, staff, leadership, and outside vendors to ensure alignment and progress.
- Assign and track project tasks, monitor deadlines, and identify risks or roadblocks.
- Prepare clear status updates, reports, and summaries for leadership.
- Maintain project logs and ensure action items are addressed.
- Partner with Technology team to support implementation of legal tech tools, including AI platforms and dashboards.
- Analyze data capabilities within firm systems and recommend improvements.
- Assist with reporting for Executive Committee and Partner meetings.
- Support process, policy, and efficiency improvements across the firm.
- Handle special projects as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Prior project coordination or similar experience highly preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with data/reporting tools and general business software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret data and develop clear, useful reports.
- Highly organized multitasker who can manage multiple deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive, adaptable, and team-oriented mindset.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
