Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel, club and spa kitchen and dishwashing equipment and respond to calls and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all aspects of the Engineering Department Standards and Policies.

Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel, club and spa kitchen and dishwashing equipment and respond to calls and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all aspects of the Engineering Department Standards and Policies.
Essential Job Functions
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance of equipment and accurately document all work performed.
- Diagnose and perform repairs of assigned equipment including (but not limited to) cooking equipment, burners, warmers, ovens, fryers, dishwashing machines, water heaters, sinks, plumbing fixtures, and associated equipment throughout the entire campus.
- Comply with all Houstonian Hotel Club and Spa / Engineering Department policies and procedures.
- Assist other Engineering Department staff with repairs as required.
- Respond as required to all emergency conditions such as evacuation, fire, power failure, flood, hurricane, etc.
- Clean all shops and Engineering Mechanical areas, order and maintain proper inventory levels of parts and supplies to ensure a well organized department and Campus.
- Other duties as assigned.
