Hey everyone—I'm looking for the right person to step in and help run the day-to-day operations of a well-established residential cleaning business. Role: Business Manager (Operations Growth)You’ll be responsible for:- Managing daily schedules and team coordination - Overseeing cleaners and ensuring quality standards - Handling client communication and resolving issues - Improving systems, processes, and efficiency - Helping drive growth (referrals, partnerships, filling the schedule)
