Helping Hands Care Service is seeking a dependable and experienced Office manager to oversee daily office operations within our growing non-medical home care agency. This position plays a vital leadership role in scheduling, compliance, and caregiver coordination to ensure quality service delivery to our clients.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations and maintain organization Handle calls, emails, and office communication Maintain accurate and audit-ready records Manage client intake, referrals, and scheduling Coordinate caregiver schedules and coverage Monitor compliance with VA, Medicaid, and state regulations Assist with hiring, onboarding, and staff records Review timesheets and ensure accurate billing support Provide excellent customer service to clients and staff
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED (Associate/Bachelor preferred) 1–2 years office/admin experience (home care preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality Computer skills (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems
