Job Summary
Join our dynamic cleaning team of 4 , as a Cleaning Crew Member and help our team create welcoming environments!
In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order across various facilities and private homes, ensuring a safe and hygienic space for everyone.
You will primarily assist our current established cleaners in their tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, and cleaning bathrooms.
You should be able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds, kneel and bend.
You should be able to stand on your feet for the duration of the clean.
Shifts begin at 7:45AM and usually end by 2:30PM with opportunity's to work Monday through Saturday.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial and residential bathrooms, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and trash removal
- Conduct routine janitorial duties like restocking supplies, sanitizing restrooms, and ensuring common areas are tidy and hygienic
- Follow safety and cleaning protocols diligently to ensure a secure working environment for yourself, teammates and clients.
- Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned duties efficiently within scheduled hours
- Prior experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus but not mandatory
