Office Assistant / Accounting Support
La Casa Del Grano – The House of Grain is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Office Assistant to support daily administrative, accounting, and operational functions in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule
- Monday – Friday
40 hour week
Compensation
- DOE
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate entry of expenses and invoices
- Inventory tracking and order facilitation
- Customer billing and account support
- Professional phone support and communication
- General office coordination and administrative support
Required Qualifications
- Accounting experience required with strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to stay on task in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- References required
Preferred Experience
- Excel proficiency
- Bookkeeping software experience
- Inventory software experience
- Experience creating drop-ship orders and receiving freight
