Housekeeper

We are looking for a Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper you will ensure the guest's room meets the cleanliness standards of the hotel and the brand, adding a warmth and happiness to every guest experience during their stay. Providing tidy and sanitary amenities to guests and residents. Must have the ability to work independently and in teams, and lead by example. Must display effective listening and communication skills, ability to to exercise good judgement and discretion, display effective problem solving skills, and provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out
- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service
- Report cases of property damage in guest rooms to supervisor
- Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift
- Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift
- Operate hotel equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
